In recycling applications, Seven Ocean Hydraulics designs and manufactures high-load application circuits and power units for hydraulic baling press machine, or so called the compressing machine, which is designed to compress various types of waste materials into a bale for further handling. The baling machine is capable of handling paper/cardboard waste, plastic bottles, tires, used clothes or metal chips waste.

The applications have recently gained popularity due to the need to reduce the cost of transport and storage the waste material considering its volume relative to weight, as well as stay environmental friendly.

Depending on the bale output size, the range is flexible with motor drive options from 40 to 80 HP, and up to 180 HP is possible. The hydraulic system allows multiple pumps to be driven from an electric motor and a broad range of control valves including solenoid directional control valve and modular stack valves.

    Seven Ocean Hydraulics' robust hydraulic directional control valves - DSV/DSD-G03 are wet armature designed and configured in 4-Way, 2-position or 3-position. The G03 valve conforms to D05 / NG10 / CETOP-5 mounting patterns and is capable of pressure up to 4500 PSI / 320 Bar and flow up to 42 GPM / 160LPM.
