    Hydraulic system is essential to forklift application, it works by using pressurized fluid to power the engine, hydraulic power is able to convert a small amount of liquid to a large amount of power. Seven Ocean Hydraulics supplies transmission control valves for internal-combustion electro-control shift forklift vehicles.In most cases, the tank, which holds the hydraulic fluid, is integrated into the frame of the vehicle. Other components of the forklift hydraulic system include the pump, the control valve, the relief valve, and the return line.Most forklifts use gear pump and produces a constant flow of fluid to supply the hydraulic control valve. The hydraulic control valve starts and stops the direction of fluid and controls where the fluid goes using spools to the desired actuator. The relief valve acts as a safety valve to protect the hydraulic system from too much hydraulic pressure. Finally the return line which returns the fluid back to the tank and completes the hydraulic system cycle.

    Seven Ocean Hydraulics provides valves or complete hydraulic solutions to meet the demands posed on industrial machines such as machine centers, lathes or band saws.Machine center applications include work piece clamping, palette changing, spindle weight counterbalancing, tool clamping and unclamping, axle clamping, tool changer activating. Hydraulic applications in lathes include work piece clamping, tool changer, weight compensation, axis and turret head clamping, and indexing of spindle. Finally, in band saw machines, material feeding, work piece clamping, band tensioning and saw feed all apply hydraulic functions.The main focus is on integrating the functions of controllability, modularity and energy efficiency of the hydraulic systems.

    A plastic injection molding machine includes an injection section and a mold section. The machine operates with the following cycle: (1) plasticizing solid raw plastic, (2) closing mold and clamping, (3) injecting the plastic, and (4) opening the mold. Seven Ocean Hydraulics provides high flow pilot operated directional valves to control the cylinder under high pressure, the hydraulic cylinders are used for clamping the mold and injection of the plastic material into the mold in step 2 and 3 as mentioned above.Seven Ocean Hydraulics offers different directional control valves with flow rates ranging from 300 l/min to 1100 l/min in model DG07, DG08, DG08H, DG10.

    In recycling applications, Seven Ocean Hydraulics designs and manufactures high-load application circuits and power units for hydraulic baling press machine, or so called the compressing machine, which is designed to compress various types of waste materials into a bale for further handling. The baling machine is capable of handling paper/cardboard waste, plastic bottles, tires, used clothes or metal chips waste.The applications have recently gained popularity due to the need to reduce the cost of transport and storage the waste material considering its volume relative to weight, as well as stay environmental friendly.Depending on the bale output size, the range is flexible with motor drive options from 40 to 80 HP, and up to 180 HP is possible. The hydraulic system allows multiple pumps to be driven from an electric motor and a broad range of control valves including solenoid directional control valve and modular stack valves.
