Modular Pressure Control Valves

Seven Ocean Hydraulics offers a wide selection of pressure control valves including relief, brake, reducing, counterbalance and sequence in modular sandwich style, sometimes referred to as industrial stack valves or Cetop valves. The series MXX-02 valve conforms to ISO standard mounting patterns of NG6, NFPA-D03, CETOP-3 while series MXX-03 and MXX-04 conform to NG10 (NFPA-D05, CETOP-5) and NG16 (NFPA-D07 and CETOP-7) mounting patterns respectively.

Modular Flow Control Valves

Seven Ocean Hydraulics has a full range of modular sandwich style valves. Flow control function valves are one of them which includes throttle and throttle check valve available in Series MXX-02, MXX-03 and MXX-04. The series MXX-02 valve conforms to ISO standard mounting patterns of NG6 (NFPA-D03, CETOP-3), pressure is rated at 320 Bar / 4570 PSI and maximum flow is of 50 lpm / 13.2 gpm. Series MXX-03 has a maximum flow rate of 100 lpm / 26.4 gpm and conform to NG10 (NFPA-D05, CETOP-5), and finally, Series MXX-04 conforms to NG16 (NFPA-D07 and CETOP-7) mounting patterns with a maximum flow rate of 300 lpm / 79.3 gpm.

Pressure Control Valves

Pressure control valves are virtually found in every hydraulic circuit and system and they are essential in a variety of functions such as safely keeping the system pressures below a desired pressure limit to maintaining a set pressure in part of a circuit. The most common types of pressure control valves are pressure relief valves and the pressure reducing valves. Flow Control Valves

Flow control valves are devices made for the purpose of regulating the rate of fluid flow in a part of a hydraulic circuit. One of the most common uses is to regulate the speed of cylinders or motors within the system. These valves do not require an external power source which means that the fluid pressure is enough to open and close the valve.
