Seven Ocean Hydraulics provides valves or complete hydraulic solutions to meet the demands posed on industrial machines such as machine centers, lathes or band saws.

Machine center applications include work piece clamping, palette changing, spindle weight counterbalancing, tool clamping and unclamping, axle clamping, tool changer activating. Hydraulic applications in lathes include work piece clamping, tool changer, weight compensation, axis and turret head clamping, and indexing of spindle. Finally, in band saw machines, material feeding, work piece clamping, band tensioning and saw feed all apply hydraulic functions.

The main focus is on integrating the functions of controllability, modularity and energy efficiency of the hydraulic systems.

    Seven Ocean Hydraulics' robust hydraulic directional control valves - DSV/DSD-G03 are wet armature designed and configured in 4-Way, 2-position or 3-position. The G03 valve conforms to D05 / NG10 / CETOP-5 mounting patterns and is capable of pressure up to 4500 PSI / 320 Bar and flow up to 42 GPM / 160LPM.

    Seven Ocean Hydraulics MRV Series pressure relief valve functions by relieving system pressure from the A, B, or P line to the T line, hence providing safety to the system. The pressure can be adjusted on the valve by the use of hand knob.

    Seven Ocean Hydraulics MGS-02 Two-Stage Pressure Reducing Valve has a mounting surface according to the ISO 4401-03 standards, NG6 / Cetop-3 / D03. MGS-02 is applied when operating certain hydraulic circuits at lower pressures than the main circuit pressure and for controlling the pressure to be reduced by switching to two pressures, low pressures and high pressures.

    Seven Ocean Hydraulics MPC Series Pilot Operated Check Valve features dual check functions in Port A and B. These valves enable flow through one or both service lines A or B, and allow the flow to travel the opposite direction through the other service line using a pilot operated check. If there is pressure in one working line, the check valve will be open on the other working line.
